Requirements

What we're looking for

●Degree or Technical/Higher Engineering in Electronics or similar

●At least 1 year of experience in real-time analog and digital signal processing.

●Expert proficiency in MATLAB for system simulation and the use of signal processing and advanced control toolboxes.

●Experience in the mathematical implementation and tuning of Kalman, Notch, adaptive, and FIR/IIR architectures.

●Knowledge in the processing of signals coming from load cells or similar sensor systems, including mechanical noise and vibrations.

The role

At IDDTEK, we are looking to incorporate a digital signal processing engineer into our product design and development unit to participate in a project for the design and manufacture of weighing systems. We are looking for a person with advanced proficiency in MATLAB and experience in filtering physical signals to develop solutions that allow for improved stability and precision in dynamic weighing.

What you'll do

The selected person will perform the following functions within the team:

●Model and simulate in MATLAB the physical system and the transient behavior of load cells in dynamic weighing applications.

●Design, implement, and compare different advanced filtering architectures to stabilize noisy high-frequency signals.

●Evaluate and adjust Kalman, Notch, adaptive, and FIR/IIR filters, seeking a balance between precision, stability, and computational efficiency.

●Define the final algorithm and prepare the models, pseudocode, or code necessary to facilitate its implementation in the company's hardware.
