We are looking for a BIM Modeler for construction sites with experience in BIM (ARQ, MEP and STR is highly valued), to join our team in Madrid in an on-site modality.

What you'll do

Participation in a large-scale and important construction project, with a high level of technical demand and advanced BIM coordination.

• Model MEP installations in Revit (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, sanitation, and plumbing)

• Develop architectural models (walls, roofs, joinery, coatings).

• Incorporate parametric information into the models (families, materials, loads, systems)

• Generate construction plans, diagrams, and measurements

• Detect and coordinate clashes using BIM tools

• Model steel, concrete, and prefabricated structures

• Review compatibility between disciplines (ARQ, MEP, and STR)

• Manage project phases, levels, and LOD

• Prepare plans, construction details, and material lists
