🚀 What will be your mission?

Design, evolve, and operate the corporate Monitoring & Observability platform, providing proactive monitoring of the company's platforms and infrastructures and those of its clients.

Work on the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the observability strategy, metrics, logs, alerts, and telemetry, ensuring early detection of incidents, service availability, and performance optimization for distributed platforms and cloud environments.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Design, implement, and evolve Monitoring & Observability solutions.

  • Define the monitoring, metrics, logs, alerts, and telemetry strategy for the platform.

  • Manage and optimize tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Zabbix, Datadog, or similar.

  • Design dashboards, technical KPIs, SLIs, SLOs, and availability metrics.

  • Implement intelligent event correlation and alert noise reduction.

  • Develop proactive monitoring strategies for early incident detection.

  • Analyze the performance, availability, and capacity of platforms, applications, and infrastructures.

  • Participate in the analysis and resolution of complex incidents (RCA).

  • Automate operational processes using scripting and DevOps tools.

  • Collaborate with architecture, development, and operations teams to define observability standards.

  • Participate in the implementation of OpenTelemetry across the company's various products.

  • Create technical documentation, standards, and procedures related to the observability platform.

  • Evaluate new technologies and propose continuous improvements to the platform.

  • Demonstrable experience in the implementation and evolution of observability platforms, monitoring, and centralized log management.

  • Experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Zabbix, Datadog, or similar.

  • Solid knowledge of Linux, Cloud, containers, microservices, and automation.

  • Experience in analyzing complex incidents, event correlation, defining alerts, and proactive monitoring of critical platforms.
