About the job

We're building a delivery centre in Valencia to serve its international client projects. We are looking for an experienced full stack developer who knows how to get the most out of modern tooling and AI to ship faster without giving up on quality. You will work on strategic client projects, with real ownership over what you build.

The projects run over several years, so this is not a short engagement, and you would be one of the first developers in a team that is still being shaped.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain high performance web applications with React, Next.js and Node.js

• Design and develop the APIs and services behind them

• Use and integrate AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate development and documentation • Automate the repetitive work: testing, CI/CD, monitoring

• Work on modern architectures: microservices, APIs, cloud on AWS, Azure or GCP

• Own the quality and the security of what you ship

What we're looking for

• Work closely with the product, design and architecture teams Your profile • 5 years or more of full stack development experience • Excellent command of React and Next.js

• Solid back-end experience with Node.js, and ideally a second mainstream ecosystem such as Java and Spring Boot or Python

• Real DevOps culture: CI/CD, containerisation with Docker, exposure to Kubernetes

• Genuine curiosity and hands-on practice with generative AI and automation tools

• Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and serious about clean code

• Good communication, comfortable working inside a team rather than beside it

Nice to have

• TypeScript

• Java and Spring Boot, or Python

• Cloud experience, AWS or equivalent

• Data pipelines

• SaaS or business critical applications

Languages

• Professional English is required. Nice to have: french.

How you'll work

Contract type Permanent or freelance, depending on what suits you. Starting freelance and ending in permanent contract can be an option.

• Based in Valencia (Hybrid), or ready to relocate there. This role is not open to full remote.

• Location Valencia, Spain. Candidates elsewhere in Spain, Portugal or France are welcome provided they are ready to move to Valencia.
