Ensure the proper performance of the development team under your charge, maintaining constant communication with the product owner and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, managing, and tracking team tasks

• Reviewing and preparing complex functional analyses.

• Reviewing development procedures and methodologies

• Facilitating the conditions for proper performance by the team under your charge

• Technical leadership and participation in defining the technological lines to follow

🌟 What will make you stand out?

• Ability to hold fluent conversations in English, both at a technical and operational level.

• Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications

• Training focused on development team management

• Training in agile methodologies

• Knowledge of secure software development.

• Demonstrable experience in the required technology stack (JAVA, .NET, Html, CSS, Typescript, REACT)

Velar por el correcto desempeño del equipo de desarrollo a su cargo, manteniendo constante comunicación con el dueño de producto y el alineamiento con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

• Planificación, gestión y seguimiento de tareas del equipo

• Revisión y elaboración de análisis funcionales complejos.

• Revisión de procedimientos y metodologías de desarrollo

• Facilitar las condiciones para un correcto desempeño por parte del equipo a su cargo

• Liderazgo técnico y participación en la definición de las líneas tecnológicas a seguir

• Capacidad para mantener conversaciones fluidas en inglés, tanto a nivel técnico como operativo.

• Grado en Informática o Telecomunicaciones

• Formación orientada a la gestión de equipos de desarrollo

• Experiencia demostrable en el stack tecnológico requerido (JAVA, .NET, Html, CSS, Typescript, REACT)
