Ensure the area is clean, commercial, tidy, attractive, and welcoming.

Show passion for the food we serve and sell, and actively learn about it and share knowledge with customers and co-workers.

Identify customer needs and take action based on that information, continuously improving their experience at IKEA FOOD, and motivating the rest of the store to do the same.
