The role

What you'll do

Promote the interior design service, carry out projects based on customer experience and taking into account the local market.

Convert the final project into a sale.

Maximize sales and profitability, carry out analysis of competition, market and sales.

Create inspiring and surprising solutions, with a broader mindset adapted to customer needs.

Plan and implement ideas and solutions across different

Managing appointments and client follow-up, preparing the final budget and completing the purchasing process with full service.

Planning and carrying out visits to clients' private homes (if the position requires it).

Taking responsibility for all phases of the process: inspiration, appointment, design and planning, contracting services, payment, installation, and satisfaction guarantee.

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoy interacting with customers and home decoration.

Have a good level of English.

Be adaptable, resourceful, and proactive.

Work well in a team and enjoy collaborating with others.

Have availability to work weekends and opening Sundays.
