Your mission is:

Contribute to the success of the business with efficient and effective operations, as well as paying special attention to not generating costs and making the most of the product benefits.

To take into account the possible environmental impact and the customer's perception of the assortment quality.

Contribute and collaborate actively to reduce internal damage and other related costs.

Undertake the necessary actions to give products a second chance: assembling or repackaging.

Display products by setting meaningful prices that attract customers and generate the best results for the store.

Support quality work in the store to constantly improve customer perception of IKEA products.
