Circular Hub Sales Assistant

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the optimization of sales in the Circular Hub area with your ideas, ensure that our products have a second chance to create the "better home," and protect every customer by looking after the quality of our range. Undertake the necessary actions to give products a second chance: assembling or repackaging.

Display products by setting meaningful prices that attract customers and generate the best results for the store.

Support quality work in the store to constantly improve customer perception of IKEA products.

About you:

• Good digital competence (Office 365, IKEA internal systems...),
• You know the IKEA range and services,
• You are passionate about sales and excited to implement ideas that will grow IKEA's business and brand image in the market.
• You show strong organizational skills, for your own tasks and those of the rest of the team
• You analyze your local market and implement action plans to increase sales and the customer experience.
• Your communication is influential; you make "things happen."
• You know the store operations and how to relate to different roles and departments within the store
