Restaurant Assistant

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute great ideas that will support IKEA FOOD in performing a fundamental role in the store, fulfilling the IKEA vision and brand. We want to attract and encourage visitors to the IKEA store to stay longer and enjoy themselves more, and to make their visit more entertaining, by offering good-quality food at low prices, giving customers a tasty reason to come back again and again, and providing employees with an opportunity to rest and recharge.

Your mission:

-Prepare hot and cold dishes.

• Inform and offer the daily menu of the line to customers, advising according to their preferences and ensuring an excellent experience.
• Contribute to the management of our internal restaurant for employees.
• Comply with all food safety rules and guidelines. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work areas.
• Maintain global standards regarding routines and optimize processes in the production area.
• Ability to organize tasks and processes with the production team.

About you:

• Good digital competence (Office 365, IKEA internal systems...),
• You know the IKEA range and services,
• You are passionate about the world of food, and you know how to integrate it to create "the best home in the world."
• You show strong organizational skills, for your own tasks and those of the rest of the team
• You analyze your local market, implement action plans to increase sales and the customer experience, and you know the markers to reach objectives.
• Your communication is influential; you make "things happen."
• You know the store operations and how to relate to different roles and departments within the store

Tu misión:

-Preparar platos fríos y calientes.

• Informar y ofrecer a clientes el menú diario de la línea, aconsejando según sus preferencias y asegurar una experiencia excelente.
• Contribuir en la gestión de nuestro restaurante interno para empleados/as.
• Cumplir con todas las normas y directrices de seguridad alimentaria. Mantener el orden y la limpieza de las áreas de trabajo.
• Mantener los estándares globales en cuanto a rutinas y optimizar los procesos en el área de producción.
• Capacidad para organizar tareas y procesos con el equipo de producción.

Sobre ti:

• Buena competencia digital (Office 365, internas IKEA...),
• Conoces la gama y servicios IKEA,
• Te apasiona el mundo de la alimentación, sabes como integrarlo para crear "el mejor hogar del mundo".
• Muestras una fuerte habilidad organizativa, de tus tareas y las del resto del equipo
• Analizas tu mercado local, implementas planes de acción para incrementar las ventas y la experiencia de clientes, conoces los marcadores para llegar a los objetivos.
• Tu comunicación es influyente, haces que "las cosas sucedan".
• Conoces la operativa de la tienda y cómo relacionarte con diferentes roles y departamentos de la tienda
