Responsibilities and Mission:
As a Pro Advisor in the Pro Department, your mission will be to provide service tailored to customers in the construction and renovation sector. Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer Acquisition: Actively seeking new customers both inside and outside the store.
Portfolio Management: Following up and attending to your own customer portfolio using an omnichannel approach (by phone and in person).
Sales Process: Coordinating the entire sales process, from preparing quotes to final delivery to the customer.
Promotion of Services: Offering additional services such as transport, financing, and installation.
Market Knowledge: Identifying the needs of the local professional market and the competition.

Requirements:
We are looking for people with sales experience and a solid knowledge of the renovation and construction sector. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.
