We are looking to hire an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to reinforce the OHS area, providing support to the area manager and contributing to efficient, organized preventive management oriented towards continuous improvement.

What you'll do

What will your responsibilities be?

Manage and coordinate preventive activities (CAE), medical examinations, training, and health surveillance.
Prepare and update risk assessments, prevention plans, and corrective measures.
Monitor incidents, accidents, and OHS indicators.
Organize, update, and digitize documentation, guaranteeing its traceability and expiration control.
Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
Identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization.
Advise employees and managers and collaborate with HR, Operations, and General Services.
Maintain dialogue with the Labor Inspectorate, managing complex situations with assertiveness and an agreement-oriented approach.
