- Collection and delivery of production:
Loading the carts/boxes/bags/etc. of clean laundry into the vehicle.
Transporting the laundry to its destination.
Unloading the laundry at the client's facilities.
Loading/Unloading the laundry into carts/boxes/bags/etc. and these into the
vehicle at the client's facilities and/or workplace.
Delivery of delivery notes to the client and returning them signed to the workplace.
Reviewing maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle.
Controlling the carts, their condition, and quantity per client/delivery note/delivery and collection.
Weighing the dirty laundry at the client (if required) and at the plant (always), indicating in the Expedition Control system
which client it corresponds to, and following specific instructions for use.
Reading the clean laundry output at the plant with the Expedition Control system, verifying that what is indicated on the
delivery note/loading order is what is being loaded and must be delivered to the client.
- Quality and customer service:
Caring for the company's corporate image.
Reporting any daily incidents involving vehicles.
- Compliance with quality and environmental management standards
Cleaning and disinfecting the vehicle according to the procedures in force.
Driving efficiently. Performing basic vehicle maintenance, checking fluid levels and general condition. Choosing the most economical route for deliveries, following the instructions of the transport manager/supervisor.
