Waste Collection Driver

We are looking for a Driver responsible for performing the transport and operational management of waste, ensuring the correct collection, transfer, and unloading at the treatment facilities, as well as the proper maintenance and condition of the assigned vehicle and equipment.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform travel to the contract centers for waste collection.
• Transport waste to the corresponding treatment facilities.
• Perform the necessary maneuvers for the correct collection and placement of containers.
• Carry out the unloading of waste at the points indicated by the facility personnel.
• Perform weighing on the scales at the treatment facilities.
• Daily check the engine oil levels, hydraulic oil, radiator water, tire condition, and other basic vehicle elements, communicating any anomaly.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the assigned vehicle.
• Maintain equipment in adequate conditions of hygiene and preservation.
• Refuel the equipment.
• Check the equipment roof before leaving the centers, ensuring that it remains correctly closed to prevent the dispersion of waste during transport.
• Complete the daily work report according to the established model.

Buscamos un/a Conductor/a responsable de realizar el transporte y gestión operativa de residuos, asegurando la correcta recogida, traslado y descarga en las instalaciones de tratamiento, así como el adecuado mantenimiento y estado del vehículo y equipos asignados.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

• Realizar los desplazamientos a los centros del contrato para la recogida de residuos.
• Transportar los residuos hasta las instalaciones de tratamiento correspondientes.
• Realizar las maniobras necesarias para la correcta recogida y colocación de los contenedores.
• Efectuar la descarga de los residuos en los puntos indicados por el personal de las instalaciones.
• Realizar las pesadas en las básculas de las instalaciones de tratamiento.
• Revisar diariamente los niveles de aceite del motor, aceite hidráulico, agua del radiador, estado de los neumáticos y demás elementos básicos del vehículo, comunicando cualquier anomalía.
• Realizar el mantenimiento y limpieza básicos del vehículo asignado.
• Mantener los equipos en adecuadas condiciones de higiene y conservación.
• Repostar combustible al equipo.
• Revisar el techo del equipo antes de salir de los centros, asegurándose de que queda correctamente cerrado para evitar la dispersión de residuos durante el transporte.
• Cumplimentar diariamente el parte de trabajo conforme al modelo establecido.
