DESCRIPTION

Position focused on managing teams of workers with disabilities in the logistics sector, with the ability to organize, make decisions quickly, and demonstrate agility in training and follow-up to achieve productivity targets.  

FUNCTIONS

• Organize and carry out thorough follow-up of the assigned team, both in normal daily activity and in the event of incidents or shortcomings that may arise. 
• Meet the productivity, quality, and safety standards established by the client.
• Monitor task completion and strive to get involved in the duties to build team loyalty and ensure rapid learning in the use of the order-picking machine, order preparation, and picking.
• Lead with mediation skills and know how to incorporate IT tools into the daily routine to track and record activity.

• Stable position
• Training period paid by the company
• Salary €24,000 gross/year + €356.61 gross/year supplement
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with the possibility of occasionally working some Saturdays.

• Must be able to work in cold conditions
• Intermediate knowledge of Paque O􀆯ice
• Experience operating an order-picking machine is a plus
• Live near the work area

RESPONSABLE DE LOGÍSTICA CON DISCAPACIDAD (H.M.D)

DESCRIPCIÓN

Puesto de trabajo orientado a la gestión de equipos de trabajadores/as con discapacidad en sector logístico, con capacidad para organizar, rapidez en la toma de decisiones y agilidad en la capacidad de enseñanza y seguimientos para la consecución de los índices de productividad.  

FUNCIONES

• Organizar y hacer seguimiento exhaustivo del equipo de personas signadas, tanto en la actividad diaria normal, como ante incidencias y deficiencias que pudieran suscitarse. 
• Cumplir el estándar de productividad, calidad y seguridad establecidos por el cliente.
• Controlar el cumplimiento de tareas y procurar implicarse en las funciones para conseguir la fidelización de los equipos y su rápido aprendizaje en manejo de la máquina de recogepedidos, preparación de pedidos, picking.
• Liderar con capacidad de mediación y saber implementar en su rutina diaria herramientas informáticas para hacer seguimiento y registros de la actividad.

• Horario: de lunes a viernes, rotativo mañanas, tarde con posibilidad de trabajar algún sábado de forma eventual.
