The role

Job position: Integration Coordinator

What you'll do

Responsibilities: Perform the service enrollment visit, informing applicants about the services provided and their conditions, as well as performing the assessment of the request based on the personal, family, and social situation of the user.

Functions (detailed breakdown): Prepare the reports corresponding to the enrollment of users.

Assessment of the installation of additional devices and the implementation of advanced telecare and telemonitoring pilots.

Be aware of the availability of the telephone service compatible with the telecare system offered and communicate the delivery and installation of terminals, specifying the technical work to be performed and the tests necessary for the correct functioning of the system.

Familiarize the user with the handling of the terminal and UCRs or other devices installed in the home.

Perform follow-up visits according to the guidelines and priorities established for this purpose.

Collaborate in the detection of users in complex situations: mistreatment, inadequate use of the service, need for other resources, etc.
