It is required to have worked in large centers and to have managed teams of people (between 10-20 people on different shifts), accustomed to interacting with clients, good presence, proactive person.

The role

Job position: Cleaning Staff Supervisor WITH DISABILITY - Madrid center

What you'll do

Organize the work of the staff under your command so that performance is normal and efficient.
Distribute the work or indicate how to perform it, being in charge, additionally, of the good administration of cleaning materials and tools and their proper use.
Reflect in the daily reports the production and performance of the staff under your command, as well as the quality of service, sending said reports to your superiors and reporting any incidents involving service staff or of any other kind that may occur.
Correction of anomalies and incidents.

How you'll work

Full-time, Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 21:00.

Madrid center area.

Stable position.
