The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a company specialized in cleaning and Facility Services, which offers integral cleaning solutions for offices, buildings, industrial warehouses, and other facilities. They are currently looking for a Service Manager to join their team in the Madrid area.

This is a position with an operational, commercial, and management focus, oriented towards both business development and the coordination of assigned teams and services. The selected person will have a key role in acquiring new clients, preparing service proposals, and account monitoring, contributing to the growth and consolidation of the company.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for the integral management of the company's services, combining the acquisition of new business opportunities with the coordination of the human and material resources necessary to guarantee the quality and efficiency of the services provided.

Your main mission will be to develop the client portfolio, identify new commercial opportunities, and ensure correct service management, maintaining a close and professional relationship with current and potential clients.

· Identification of business opportunities and preparation of service proposals adapted to the needs of each client.

· Acquisition of new clients, in both the private and public sectors.

· Participation in the preparation, presentation, and negotiation of commercial offers.

· Management and monitoring of services provided to current clients, ensuring their correct execution and satisfaction.

· Development and maintenance of commercial relationships with current and potential clients.

· Coordination of the human teams assigned to the different services, ensuring adequate organization and distribution of resources.

· Supervision of the administrative, organizational, and commercial aspects related to the assigned services.

· Detection of client needs and proposal of solutions that provide differential value.

· Monitoring of service activity and resolution of any possible incidents that may arise.

· Coordination with different stakeholders to guarantee the fulfillment of commitments made to clients.
