What you'll do

You will become a key piece in helping to overcome barriers, obstacles, or difficulties faced by staff with disabilities at the work center, as well as accompanying them through the onboarding process and providing support throughout their continued employment and progression. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying needs and determining support measures for the staff by applying specific support measures for each person.
  • Promoting the integration of the entire staff at the Special Employment Center through appropriate and specific supports.
  • Establishing precise relationships with the family and social environment of the worker with a disability, serving as a tool for support and encouragement during job placement, as well as for stability.
  • Developing training programs.
  • Detecting, intervening in, and communicating possible processes of progressive deterioration among staff with disabilities, as well as mediating in possible workplace conflicts by fostering cross-departmental teamwork.

If you are a proactive person, with human and social values oriented toward collaborative teamwork and, in addition, you have studies in humanities or social sciences (psychology, pedagogy, educational psychology, social work, social education...) and demonstrable experience in the disability sector, this opportunity may be for you.
