You will have a Vocational Training (FP II) in Administration or Accounting.
You will provide 2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position.
You will have knowledge of accounting and administrative processes.
You will have an intermediate level of English.

What do we offer?

Salary: €21,769 gross/year.
Contract: temporary, with the possibility of joining the company permanently.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00h to 18:00h and Friday from 9:00h to 14:00h.

The role

At IMAN, we offer you the opportunity to be part of a company in the cosmetics sector located in Viladecans, where you will be able to develop your professional career within the accounting area. You will be key in contributing to the correct functioning of accounting and financial processes, working with a high degree of autonomy and orientation toward continuous improvement.

What you'll do

You will collaborate in the entire customer invoicing process.
You will collaborate in the supplier accounting process.
You will perform the tracking of freight charges and delivery notes.
You will manage the tracking of DUAs related to international operations outside the European Union.
You will perform bank reconciliations.
You will carry out the reconciliation of asset accounts.
You will participate in the preparation of Profit and Loss (P&L) and balance sheets.
