Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience with Hanwha/Samsung Pick & Place machines and DEK solder paste screen printing equipment.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and ESD best practices.
- Experience in electronic manufacturing and autonomous machinery maintenance.
- Occasional availability to work overtime during production peaks.
- Autonomous, organized, proactive person, quality-oriented and with the capacity for teamwork and adaptation.

What you'll get
- Contract: Initially through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) with the possibility of joining the company.
- Full-time: Fixed afternoon shift.
- Salary: €16.06/gross hour (approx. €2698/month gross)
The role
Do you have experience in the assembly and manufacturing of electronic equipment? We are looking to hire a Production Operator for a company dedicated to the manufacturing of electronic boards in Sentmenat.
What you'll do
- Preparation, setup, and changeovers of references on SMD lines, including assembly and changing of feeders, loading of materials, and selection of production programs.
- Commissioning, operation, and supervision of P&P machines and solder paste printing equipment.
- Control of the production process, detection and resolution of common incidents, and visual verification of product quality.
- Monitoring of production, recording of quantities, rejects, stoppages, and incidents, and compliance with the established planning.
- Cleaning, basic autonomous maintenance, and organization of equipment, tools, and materials.
- Compliance with ESD standards, handling of components, and quality procedures.
- Communication of incidents and coordination with the Quality and Maintenance teams, as well as during shift changes.
