Technical Trainer / Engineer in Assembly and Industrial Electronics

Minimum Requirements

Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or a Master's in Industrial Electronics / Mechatronics.

Experience:

• Previous experience in industrial environments, electronics laboratories, or PCB/component production and assembly lines.
• Solid knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Protected Areas) regulations and procedures, THT/SMT soldering, and quality control.
• Previous experience in technical training, workshop delivery, or teaching in the industrial field is valued.

Technical Skills:

• Handling of laboratory instrumentation, precision manual skills, and component assembly.
• Knowledge of production flows, work standardization (Standard Work), and process improvement.
• Communication skills to transmit fine motor skills, time control, and quality to groups of students.

From our Jaén delegation, we are looking for a Trainer / Technical Engineer in Assembly and Industrial Electronics to deliver a course

The selected individuals will perform the following tasks:

• In-person delivery in Linares of the course training modules (40 hours in total):
• Manual skills and basic assembly operations (fine motor skills, precision, assembly sequences).
• ESD and electronics fundamentals (protected handling of PCBA, components, and soldering).
• Electronic products and assembly processes (visual identification of OK/NOK defects).
• Production, procedures, and standardized work (production flow, work instructions, and simulated stations).
• Coordination and supervision of the practical workstations in the classroom-workshop.
• Evaluation of student progress and control of time and quality objectives in the assembly of electronic boards.
