Requirements

What we're looking for

4 to 6 years of experience in similar workshop management positions (multi-brand or official dealership).
Higher Level Vocational Training in Automotive or equivalent.
Solid experience in advanced diagnostics, general mechanics, electricity, and new automotive technologies (hybrids/electrics is a plus).
Team leadership, high organizational capacity, customer orientation, and resilience to resolve incidents agilely. (Essential)
Proficiency in workshop management software.
Own vehicle for commuting.

What you'll get

Direct hiring by the company.
Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 16:00h (30-minute lunch break).
Salary between €35,000 and €40,000 gross per year.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?

Organize, plan, and supervise the daily activity of the workshop.
Manage and coordinate the team of technicians, promoting their development and productivity.
Guarantee the quality of repairs and compliance with Volkswagen standards.
Supervise diagnostics and resolve complex technical incidents.
Control working times, profitability, and workshop indicators.
Coordinate the availability of spare parts and the correct management of warranties.
Ensure customer satisfaction, occupational safety, and compliance with brand procedures.
