Electronics Production Operator (Assembly and Wiring)

We are looking for a professional to join our Production team and participate in the manufacturing and assembly of power electronics equipment, ensuring compliance with established quality standards, safety, and deadlines.

They will work from technical documentation, electrical diagrams, and complex mechanical drawings, collaborating with the Engineering and Production areas to guarantee the correct manufacturing and validation of the equipment.

· Mechanical assembly and assembly of electrical and electronic components in cabinets, frames, and power modules

· Electrical and electronic wiring of equipment following diagrams, assembly instructions, and established procedures

· Interpretation of mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and associated technical documentation

· Performance of visual verifications and quality controls during the assembly process

· Participation in electrical and functional testing of the equipment:

o Verification of wiring according to diagrams

o Continuity testing and signal identification

o Dielectric and insulation testing

o Basic configurations and functional checks

· Identification and communication of manufacturing incidents for their resolution

· Compliance with the quality, safety, and continuous improvement procedures defined by the organization

· Interpretation of electrical diagrams, electronic diagrams, and complex mechanical drawings

· Handling of assembly and wiring tools

· Use of basic IT tools for consulting technical documentation and completing production records

· Valued experience with measuring instruments:

o Multimeters

o Clamp meters

o Insulation testers

o Electrical testing equipment
