Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training in Chemistry, Laboratory, or similar.

Previous experience in industrial plants, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical sector.

Experience with forklifts and PLC machinery control systems will be valued.

A proactive attitude, responsibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Availability to work rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Direct contract with the company for 6 months, with the possibility of permanent incorporation subsequently.

Starting salary: €20,000 gross per year, possibility of salary increase based on merit and career path, in addition to a night shift premium where applicable.

Schedule: rotating shifts from Monday to Friday; weekends are yours.

Morning: 07:00 to 15:00 h.

Afternoon: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Night: 23:00 to 07:00 h.

The role

For a major company specializing in waste recycling and treatment, we are looking to hire 3 plant operators for its facilities located in Getafe.

We are looking for people with training in Chemistry or Laboratory, preferably with experience in industrial environments within the chemical or pharmaceutical sector, who want to join a work team in a dynamic industrial environment.

What you'll do

Forklift operation to unload waste from trucks and move it to storage areas.

Feeding industrial machinery with the waste that must be treated.

Dosage and application of the chemical products necessary for the treatment processes.

Supervision and control of machine operation via screens and PLC systems, checking parameters such as pressures and other operating values.

Collection of samples from the treated product to perform quality controls and analyses.

Monitoring of production processes and compliance with established safety standards and procedures.
