Quality and Processes Technician

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• At least 1 year of experience in positions related to Quality.
• English B2-C1, both written and spoken, with the ability to handle professional conversations.
• Intermediate/advanced level of Excel.
• Organizational and follow-up capacity.
• Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
• Initiative and an attitude oriented toward continuous improvement.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. @@

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
• Experience in audits and document management.
• Experience working with customer requirements and documentation.

• Schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (with one hour for lunch).

Your mission will be to contribute to ensuring that processes and products comply with defined quality standards and customer requirements.

To do this, you will participate in plant quality control, documentation management, audits, the monitoring of samples and certificates and, especially, in the identification of continuous improvement opportunities.

• You will supervise and perform quality controls in the plant, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• You will manage the collection, control, and monitoring of samples according to internal and customer requirements.
• You will perform testing, verifications, and inspections of products and processes.
• You will coordinate the monitoring of certificates, calibrations, and technical documentation.
• You will keep the documentation associated with the quality system up to date.
• You will be the point of contact in the management and exchange of documentation with clients.
• You will participate in the preparation and development of internal and external audits.
• You will collaborate in the review and update of quality procedures and standards.
• You will participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes, preventing incidents, and optimizing results.
• You will work together with other departments to respond to quality needs and requirements.
