About the role

We are looking for a Quality Technician focused on final product, to ensure compliance with quality standards in the plant and manage incidents with clients and suppliers. What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out quality control of the finished product during the different production shifts.
  • Managing client and supplier claims, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • Managing internal and external non-conformities, including cause analysis and definition of preventive actions.
  • Following up on corrective actions and controlling non-quality costs.
  • Participating in the control of in-process and finished product.
  • Collaborating in the execution of the testing plan and laboratory activities (coordination with the specialized technician).
  • Supporting the homologation and evaluation of suppliers and raw materials.
  • Participating in internal and external audits, as well as in the maintenance of the quality system.
  • Coordinating with production and other departments to ensure quality standards across all shifts.
  • After an initial training period on split shifts (to work with different technicians), transitioning to rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
