At IMED Hospitales, with more than 20 years of experience in high-quality and personalized healthcare, we have two locations in the city of Alcoy: on one hand, the Policlínica IMED Alcoy, where we offer outpatient consultation services for the main medical specialties, and booths for clinical analysis extractions and Ilahy; and on the other hand, the Hospital IMED San Jorge, where hospitalization, 24-hour emergency services, operating rooms, diagnostic imaging, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation services are provided.
We are currently looking for a Nursing Manager for our Hospital IMED San Jorge and Policlínica IMED Alcoy, reporting to management and supervising a team of approximately 20 people.

What you'll do
Lead, coordinate, and develop the Nursing team at Hospital IMED San Jorge and Policlínica IMED Alcoy, guaranteeing quality, safe, and humanized care, and managing the complete professional lifecycle from recruitment to development and retention in an environment of growth, innovation, and clinical excellence.
Plan, organize, and coordinate the activity of the Nursing team, composed of nurses, assistants, orderlies, and technicians.
Guarantee quality of care, patient safety, and the humanization of care in all hospital units.
Ensure correct staffing levels, efficiently organizing shifts and resources according to the center's needs.
Participate actively in the implementation and improvement of clinical-care protocols, aligned with the standards of the IMED Group.
Lead the management of nursing staff: attraction and recruitment, onboarding, development, evaluation, and retention, in collaboration with the Human Resources team.
Promote continuous training and professional development of the team, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Management in the decision-making and organizational aspects of the center.
