The role
At IMQ Igurco, we are looking to hire nursing assistant staff to join the team at our IMQ Orue Residence, dedicated to the care of elderly people and located in Amorebieta.
What you'll do
As part of the care team, the main functions will be:
- Provide direct care to residents in tasks related to hygiene, mobilization, feeding, and general well-being.
- Collaborate with the nursing team in monitoring care and providing comprehensive attention to each resident.
- Participate actively in coordination and teamwork to guarantee person-centered care.
- Maintain the work environment and the materials used on a daily basis in appropriate conditions.
- Perform other tasks specific to the position that contribute to the smooth operation of the center.
