Nice to have
At INBRAIN, we're not just building technology. We're building a future where outstanding science and innovation can improve the lives of millions of people. If that mission inspires you, we'd love to meet you.
At INBRAIN, we are developing intelligent neural technologies powered by graphene to create life-changing therapies for patients with neurological disorders. Bringing these innovations to patients requires a robust and scalable manufacturing environment built on advanced microfabrication processes, exceptional engineering, and a culture of continuous improvement.
We are looking for an Equipment & Automation Engineer to own and optimize the production equipment that enables our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of manufacturing equipment, from specification and installation through qualification, maintenance, automation, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Operations, Facilities, Quality, and external partners to ensure equipment reliability, support production growth, and develop solutions that improve safety, throughput, and operational efficiency. This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership and visibility across the organization.
We believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and lead to better outcomes for our team, our technology, and the patients we serve. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic. We encourage individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to apply, even if they do not meet every qualification listed, as we recognize that talent and potential come in many forms.
To ensure a positive candidate experience, we aim to provide a transparent, efficient, and respectful hiring process, with timely communication and feedback throughout.
This approach allows us to get to know you holistically while giving you the opportunity to learn more about our team, culture, and mission.
