The Rental Agent role has a dual focus:

• Customer Experience Manager for rentals

• Sales Specialist for purchase demonstrations of campervans and conversions

This role is key to ensuring customers leave satisfied, whether they are starting a rental journey or purchasing their future campervan.

The Rental Service Agent handles all customer-facing rental operations and conducts professional campervan sales demonstrations to turn leads into buyers. This is a hands-on, customer-centric role that combines service, product presentation, operational execution, and commercial follow-up management.
In both rentals and sales, this role ensures that every vehicle, every interaction, and every moment with the customer reflects Indie Campers' high standards.

Customer Service and Operations: perform check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing support during the rental. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy.

Sales Demonstrations and Customer Interaction: prepare and conduct campervan demonstrations, showcasing features, specifications, and addressing each customer's specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and that all documentation is in order.

Sales Conversion and Lead Management: follow up on leads, demonstrations, and post-sales actions in the CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities and support the RV Sales District and City Lead in achieving objectives.

Product Knowledge and Technical Support: maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indie Campers' campervan models and perform basic system demonstrations (lights, gas, etc.). Troubleshoot issues, resolve them, or escalate them when necessary.

• Essential: ability to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day.
• Required: ability to lift or carry light or moderately heavy items (10-15 kg).
• Essential: comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Essential: flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Essential: ability to interact with customers in different emotional states (enthusiastic, stressed, confused) with calmness and professionalism.
