• More than 1 year of practical experience in repair, assembly, or service—campervans, caravans, boats, appliances, carpentry, bodywork, or similar. What matters to us is what you know how to repair, not in which sector you did it.
• Strong in at least one of the following areas: interior fit-out, equipment/systems repair, or exterior repairs—willing to learn the others.
• Confident in the use of manual and power tools.
• Comfortable working with a repair list and adjusting your day according to the jobs that arise.
• Good level of English; knowledge of the local language is a plus, as well as good communication skills.
• Authorized to work in Spain, with a valid driver's license (category B) and the confidence to drive a campervan.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, including the possibility of working abroad during specific periods depending on the project.
• Available for weekends and peak activity periods; comfortable standing for long periods in a depot, both indoors and outdoors, and capable of lifting 10-15 kg.

We are looking for talented and passionate people who excel in manual work and practical tasks to join our team. As an RFA (Campervan Maintenance Technician), you will be part of our service team in Seville; your main responsibility will be to ensure that our campervans are always in perfect maintenance condition and in the best possible state.

Depending on the depot, you will also participate in rental operations. This role is fundamental to keeping our fleet road-ready, allowing our customers to embark on unforgettable trips. • Perform systematic vehicle inspections and diagnose problems in interior systems, equipment, and exteriors.
• Carry out maintenance and repair tasks on campervans and motorhomes, including: replacement of minor exterior parts (light bulbs, windows, mirrors); replacement and repair of spare parts; diagnosis and repair of campervan equipment.
• Diagnose the cause of a failure before replacing parts, and decide—and communicate clearly—when a vehicle is truly ready to rent.
• Manage your repair list from start to finish, adjusting it when urgent jobs arrive without losing sight of what was left pending.
• Always keep all vehicle records, repair notes, and parts consumption updated in the fleet management system.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the work area clean and organized.
• Keep the spare parts inventory organized—performing stock counts and managing the receipt and consumption of parts.
• Receive and collect shipments and supplies, organize them in the storage areas, and record consumption and new orders.
• Maintain and develop relationships with external partners and coordinate the execution of vehicle interventions with external providers and regional teams.

Depending on the location, you will also be an active part of the daily depot operations:

• Preparation of vehicles and equipment for customers
• Support in managing incoming bookings, guest reception, and managing check-ins and check-outs
• Maintenance of depot equipment, extras, and consumables
