THE ROLE

We are looking for qualified and passionate professionals, with experience in technical trades, mechanics, and practical problem-solving, to join our team as a Mechanic at our depot.
This role is essential to ensure that our campervan fleet is maintained to the highest standards, allowing our customers to enjoy unforgettable trips.

As a Mechanic, you will be part of our team in Madrid and will collaborate with the Western Europe Regional Team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our campervans are always available and in the best possible condition, contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction. What you'll do

Reporting directly to the local manager, your main mission will be to carry out all the processes and procedures necessary to guarantee the operability and quality of our fleet, including:

  • Carrying out systematic inspections of vehicles and diagnosing issues in mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.

  • Performing maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including:

    • Preventive and corrective maintenance;

    • Light bodywork repairs involving the replacement of parts (bulbs, windows, mirrors);

    • Replacement and repair of specific campervan parts;

    • Diagnosis and repair of appliances and systems specific to campervans.

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with external partners.

  • Coordinating vehicle services with external suppliers and regional teams.

  • Keeping all vehicle information systems up to date according to established procedures.

  • Moving campervans to and from local suppliers, parking facilities, or other depots.

  • Keeping the depot equipment and spare parts organized and clean.

  • Keeping the spare parts inventory up to date at all times.

Additionally, as part of the local team, you will also work on daily depot operations, including:

  • Preparing vehicles and equipment for customers;

  • Supporting reservation management, customer reception, check-ins, and check-outs;

  • Receiving and collecting shipments and supplies, organizing the warehouse, recording consumption, and placing new orders;

  • Maintaining depot equipment, extras, and consumables.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Candidates with certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar program in the automotive industry;

  • Candidates with at least 5 years of proven experience in practical mechanical and electrical repairs - experience with campervans will be considered a plus;

  • Secondary education diploma or equivalent (technical training is valued);

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory);

  • Eligibility to work in Spain, a valid driver's license, and confidence driving a campervan (mandatory);
