What you'll do

Design and lead the development of scalable backend services in Python in critical environments.
Ensure code quality, efficiency, and security through development standards and best practices.
Define and implement automated testing strategies, including unit tests and code coverage.
Participate in defining robust and maintainable backend architectures.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration of systems and services.
Drive the technical evolution of the product through continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies, collaborating in continuous integration and automated deployment processes in production environments.
