💻 In our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we want to strengthen our team with a Head of Welded Mechanical Structures Processes.

Your mission will focus on managing the processes related to welding involved in the manufacturing of military vehicles.

• Define and optimize manufacturing and integration processes
• Establish assembly and welding sequences for structures and mechanisms of the bridge-launching system, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate the mechanical and electronic integration of the system
• Ensure the correct installation of subsystems (hydraulic, electrical, structural) in armored vehicles, complying with military regulations.
• Quality control and regulatory compliance
• Supervise welding and assembly processes in accordance with standards, conducting inspections and internal audits.
• Technical documentation and traceability management
• Prepare work instructions, bill of materials, process routes, and records in SAP/ICM systems, ensuring complete traceability.
• Technical support and continuous improvement
• Analyze incidents in integration and maintenance, proposing solutions and process improvements to reduce time and costs.
