💡 What will you do?

- Definition of manufacturing processes: cutting, welding, assembly, painting, and finishing.
- Coordination with the engineering, quality, and manufacturing departments.
- Management of work teams.
- Implementation of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
- Analysis of production deviations and proposal of corrective actions.
- Participation in internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

🕓 What is our selection process like?

Profile Review 🔍: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.

• First Contact (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
• Technical Interview 🤝: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief tests on psychological competencies and English (if necessary).
• HR interview where you will learn about career paths, training, and social benefits.

Offer and Welcome 🎉: If everything goes well, you will join our team and start this new stage together!

🎯 What are we looking for?

Minimum experience: 3 years in industrial environments, preferably in metal structures or modular structures.

Technical knowledge:
- Manufacturing processes for metal structures (MIG/MAG welding, CNC cutting, industrial painting).
- Interpretation of technical drawings and construction specifications.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and production ERP systems.
- Knowledge of quality and industrial safety regulations.

Experiencia mínima: 3 años en entornos industriales, preferentemente en estructuras metálicas o modulares.

Conocimientos técnicos:
- Procesos de fabricación de estructuras metálicas (soldadura MIG/MAG, corte CNC, pintura industrial).
- Interpretación de planos técnicos y especificaciones constructivas.
- Manejo de software CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) y ERP de producción.
- Conocimientos en normativas de calidad y seguridad industrial.
