Process Engineer

Education: Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience: Between 1 and 3 years in industrial maintenance, production processes, or plant engineering.

Languages: B2 English level

Valuable: Training in Lean methodologies, Industrial Maintenance, and/or Project Management. Soft Skills: Analytical capacity, data-oriented vision, good communication skills, proactivity, and ease in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

In your day-to-day, you will take on dynamic challenges centered on 4 fundamental pillars:

Maintenance and Reliability: You will plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. You will analyze root causes of breakdowns to maximize equipment availability and manage the plant's technical documentation.

Continuous Improvement and Lean: You will lead process standardization and implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies to optimize times, increase productivity, and improve overall efficiency.

Technical and Supplier Management: You will coordinate interventions with external contractors, manage critical spare parts stock, and collaborate on the commissioning of new installations and process modifications.

Safety and KPIs: You will ensure strict compliance with OHS, Quality, and Environmental regulations, preparing reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data-driven decision-making.
