EW Solutions Engineer / Bid Architect

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• Experience in the definition and architecture of complex and multidisciplinary systems.
• Experience in the analysis and management of technical requirements.
• Participation in technical offers, tenders, or programs within the Defense sector.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams and business areas.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering and complex systems integration.
• Ability to transform operational needs into viable and competitive technical solutions.
• Communication skills to interact with technical, commercial profiles, and clients.

We want to recruit an EW Solutions Engineer / Bid Architect to join our Bids and Solutions Office, participating in the definition of innovative technological solutions for clients in the Defense and Security sector.

💡 What will you do?

• Analyze operational and technical requirements from clients and business areas.
• Define high-level technical solutions based on the Electronic Warfare and Electronic Surveillance product catalog.
• Design preliminary system architectures and product configurations.
• Identify reusable capabilities and standardization opportunities across different programs and offers.
• Coordinate with engineering teams the estimation of development, integration, and validation activities required for each opportunity.
• Prepare technical documentation, preliminary operational concepts, and solution descriptions for proposals and tenders.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients and end users, acting as the technical reference for the proposed solution.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, and Business Development to ensure alignment between client needs and the evolution of the product portfolio.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base of reusable solutions.
