• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in development, software engineering, or the construction of technological solutions.
• Experience participating in the design and evolution of software solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with APIs, systems integration, and collaborative development processes.
• Experience technically supporting developments and resolving engineering problems of a certain complexity.
• Practical experience in solutions based on Generative Artificial Intelligence, agents, or related technologies.

• Solid programming foundation, especially Python, with the ability to understand, review, and develop code when necessary.
• Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Design of APIs, services, and integration patterns.
• Architectures and development patterns for agents.
• Tool calling, MCP, and agent integration mechanisms with external systems.
• RAG, semantic search, and information retrieval.
• Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform Artificial Intelligence services.
• Testing, evaluation, observability, logging, and traceability.
• Ability to work with poorly defined problems, make technical decisions, and support different teams until a solution is found.
• Communication and interaction skills with technical, business, integrator, and manufacturer profiles.

Your challenge will be to technically lead the construction and evolution of Artificial Intelligence solutions, working alongside development teams from the definition of the use case to its deployment in production.

We are looking for a profile with a solid software engineering foundation, capable of understanding complex problems, defining the technical solution, supporting and guiding developments, and resolving the main blockers that arise during their construction.

This will not be a position focused on continuous development, but we are looking for someone close to the code, capable of prototyping, reviewing, debugging, or developing components when necessary.

Challenge 1: Technical leadership of Artificial Intelligence solutions

• Work with project management and technology teams to understand use cases and transform them into technical solutions.
• Define the technical design and support its construction until its deployment in production.
• Guide and technically supervise developments carried out by internal teams and integrators.
• Resolve technical blockers and participate directly in the solution when the complexity of the problem requires it.

Challenge 2: Archetypes and development patterns

• Design and evolve archetypes, common components, and reusable patterns for the construction of solutions and agents.
• Define patterns to integrate models, tools, APIs, data, and corporate systems.
• Identify repeatable solutions and convert them into capabilities that other teams can reuse.
• Establish best practices that allow for the development of maintainable, secure solutions that are prepared to evolve.

Challenge 3: Agents, knowledge, and integration

• Participate in the design of agent-based solutions, defining patterns for tool use, context, memory, and interoperability.
• Design knowledge access solutions through RAG, search, and other information retrieval capabilities.
• Resolve integration challenges between AI solutions and APIs, events, data, and corporate systems.
• Evaluate new capabilities and technologies related to agents and Artificial Intelligence and apply them when they provide value.

Challenge 4: Lifecycle and quality of solutions

• Participate in the definition and evolution of the development lifecycle for Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Define GitHub practices, versioning, code review, CI/CD, and promotion between environments.
• Establish testing, evaluation, and observability mechanisms for models, agents, and solutions.
• Ensure traceability of changes and technical quality during the evolution of solutions.

Challenge 5: Practical engineering and problem solving

• Build prototypes that allow for the rapid validation of new approaches or use cases.
• Analyze and debug solutions when complex behavior, integration, or performance problems arise.
• Review code and technical designs to identify improvements or resolve blockers.
• Develop components, tools, or common capabilities on an ad-hoc basis when necessary to accelerate or unblock projects.
