Experience in defining, strategizing, and leading test campaigns.
Experience working jointly with development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.
Advanced knowledge of networks, Linux, and critical systems environments.
Experience coordinating Verification and Validation activities in multidisciplinary projects.
Strong communication skills and ability to prepare technical documentation.
High level of English.
Solid experience in test automation with Playwright for end-to-end user interface testing.
Experience with JMeter for load and performance testing.
Experience with Postman, advanced API scripting, and automated execution using Newman.
Programming in Python or Java focused on framework development and test automation.

As a leader in the Defense sector, we are looking for a Verification & Validation Engineer to lead software and complex systems Verification and Validation activities, working on high-tech critical projects within defense, cybersecurity, and critical systems environments.

We are looking for a professional with solid technical experience in testing, automation, and systems validation, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and defining validation strategies that ensure the quality and reliability of complex solutions.

What you'll do

Define and lead the Verification and Validation strategy for software and complex systems projects.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise functional, integration, performance, and acceptance test campaigns.
Lead validation activities alongside development, architecture, systems, and cybersecurity teams.
Coordinate the monitoring of V&V activities in multidisciplinary environments.
Define procedures, methodologies, and acceptance criteria for testing.
Design and oversee test automation frameworks.
Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, incidents, and results.
Prepare and review technical documentation associated with validation and verification activities.
Analyze risks and deviations, and propose corrective actions.
Provide mentoring and technical support to junior and mid-level profiles.
