As part of our position as a leading company in the field of Cybersecurity, we want to strengthen  our team by adding a Senior DevOps Engineer in León, to lead the evolution of our development and deployment processes in an advanced, secure, and highly scalable technology environment. You will be part of an ongoing transformation, where your impact will be key to the automation, stability, and innovation of our environments.

💡 What will you do?

• Lead the evolution of software development, integration, and deployment processes, with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.

• Design, deploy, and maintain robust, highly available, and scalable infrastructures for development, testing, and production environments.

• Configure and manage container and orchestration platforms based on Docker and Kubernetes.

• Design, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or other similar solutions.

• Collaborate closely with security teams to ensure compliance with standards, best practices, and risk mitigation.

• Participate in the deployment and configuration of applications and services, ensuring stability, performance, and observability.

• Document architectures, processes, and technical solutions, facilitating clear communication with the different teams.

• Stay up to date on key technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack, GitLab, and Harbor, bringing technical insight and a capacity for continuous improvement.

✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.

✅ At least 5 years of experience with Helm for managing deployments in Kubernetes.

✅ Demonstrable experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or other similar tools.

✅ Knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructures, high availability, and scalability.

✅ Knowledge of scripting and programming languages, as well as basic knowledge of SQL and database modeling.

✅ Communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary technical environments.

✅ Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, and advanced English spoken and written.

✅ Experience with identity systems and API management (Keycloak, Apisix) will be valued, as well as observability platforms (ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus).

🕓 What is our selection process like? 

• Review of your profile 🔍: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.  

• First contact (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.  

• Technical interview 🤝: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. • Liderar la evolución de los procesos de desarrollo, integración y despliegue de software, con foco en automatización, CI/CD y mejora continua.

• Diseñar, desplegar y mantener infraestructuras robustas, altamente disponibles y escalables para entornos de desarrollo, pruebas y producción.

• Configurar y administrar plataformas de contenedores y orquestación basadas en Docker y Kubernetes.

• Documentar arquitecturas, procesos y soluciones técnicas, facilitando una comunicación clara con los distintos equipos.

• Mantenerse actualizado/a en tecnologías clave como Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack, GitLab y Harbor, aportando visión técnica y capacidad de mejora continua.
