The role

Do you have experience designing and managing enterprise PostgreSQL platforms?

We are looking for a profile capable of leading the design, implementation, operation, and evolution of a complete database architecture.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a high-availability PostgreSQL platform, ensuring its performance, security, and scalability. You will also participate in defining the architecture as well as its operation and continuous evolution.

What you'll do

Design and implement PostgreSQL architectures with high availability (HA).
Define and implement replication, backup, and recovery strategies.
Manage multi-node PostgreSQL environments and failover mechanisms.
Administer and optimize the performance of critical databases.
Implement connection management solutions using PgBouncer and PgPool-II.
Develop operational procedures and technical documentation.
Implement monitoring and observability capabilities.
Ensure the security and availability of the platform.
Automate deployments and infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform.
Participate in the technological evolution and continuous improvement of the platform.
