• Basic knowledge of ATM and ATM data analysis, with 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Ease in understanding technical, legal, tax, and administrative requirements of increasing complexity.
• Ability to manage temporary, heterogeneous work teams with interlocutors from different areas and countries.
• Proficiency in Excel, Acrobat, and MS Project.

We are looking for a Bid Manager ATM to manage bids linked to short-term ATM projects with non-negotiable deadlines. The position requires the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and international teams, an understanding of requirements of different natures, and the management of subcontractors in complex and changing environments.

💡What will you do?

• Manage ATM bids associated with short-term projects and non-negotiable deadlines.
• Coordinate temporary and heterogeneous teams, working with Operations, Product, Systems Engineering, Subcontractors, Clients, Sales, Subsidiaries, and horizontal departments.
• Analyze and understand technical, legal, tax, and administrative requirements associated with the bids.
• Manage subcontractors through SOW/RFQ and negotiate back-to-back offers.
• Draft proposals in English and coordinate communication with clients, subcontractors, and subsidiaries in different countries.
• Work in a team to face new challenges and manage complex and changing international environments.
