✅ Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Telecommunications, Electronics, or similar).

✅ Experience in complex systems, defense, or product industrialization.

✅ Experience in product management, configuration, or requirements management (as a technical Product Owner).

✅ Advanced English level.

✅ Availability to work in Torrejón de Ardoz.

In our position as a leading company in the defense sector, we want to strengthen our team with a Product Owner for Product Radar for strategic defense projects.

💡 What will you do?

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog throughout its entire lifecycle.
• Ensure technical coherence and the correct evolution of the product configuration baseline.
• Coordinate with engineering the integration of design changes, requirements, and technical documentation.
• Manage the traceability of requirements, changes, and system configuration.
• Prioritize needs based on industrial value, technical risks, and production impact.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement to ensure the correct product industrialization.
• Participate in the definition and evolution of the product tree and configuration structure.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., PECAL 2110 / 2210).
• Provide support in cost estimation, planning, and impact analysis of changes.
