In our position as a leading company in the defense sector, we want to strengthen our team with an Assembly Technician for circuit boards and modules with experience in soldering with tin and wiring, to join one of our production areas in Madrid (San Fernando de Henares, Torrejón de Ardoz, or Aranjuez).

What you'll do

💡 What will you do?

Assembly of electronic equipment.
Soldering of components: SMD (Surface-Mount Device) and conventional components.
Maintenance and repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic systems.
Reading and interpreting plans and schematics: Reading and interpreting electronic plans and diagrams to carry out proper assembly.

How you'll work

✅ Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon and/or morning/afternoon/night) (COMPETITIVE SHIFT PAY. IF THE CANDIDATE PREFERS, A FIXED AFTERNOON OR NIGHT SHIFT IS ALSO AVAILABLE).

Profile review 🔍: We assess your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.
Initial phone call (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
Technical interview 🤝: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief assessments of psychological competencies and English (if required).
HR interview: You will have a short meeting with one of our recruiters to learn more about what it's like to work with us, the conditions, and the benefits of being part of Indra, as well as to resolve any doubts you may have!
