What you'll do
Administrative support in technical assistance in ministries or non-railway public bodies, performing functions in the client's offices. Tasks include managing documentation related to Public Administration, as well as monitoring the activities specific to the area or body being supported.
1. Administrative support in the management, monitoring, and control of activities and/or personnel of the area of the public body being supported. Among others, some of the following tasks are performed: invoicing, treasury/payment, certifications, preparation of reports and reporting, contract management, monitoring of files, processing of tenders and authorizations.
2. Administrative support in the management of documentation related to non-railway public administration, performing some of the following tasks: incoming and outgoing registry, classification of documentation, digitization, filing, sending and distribution, database updating, processing, etc.
3. General Administrative support in the area of the public body being supported, performing some of the following tasks: requesting office supplies, requesting access for new users, requesting IT equipment, preparing notes, official letters, writings, reports, templates, area documents, monitoring
tables, uploading documents to the e-signature platform, use of Microsoft Office programs with an intermediate-high level, etc.
