What you'll do
Building Installations Technician in Technical Assistance at client site.
1. Technical execution of installations. Supervise and direct the assembly of installations (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in accordance with plans, projects, and specifications. Ensure correct integration with the construction process and other building systems.
2. Quality control and regulatory compliance. Verify that execution complies with LOE, CTE, and regulations, including materials, processes, and installation testing. Participate in testing and controls that guarantee the safety, habitability, and functionality of the building.
3. Technical coordination on site. Coordinate work with site management, technical direction, and trades, resolving interferences and adaptations. Manage planning, supplies, and monitoring of installation progress.
4. Commissioning and final documentation. Perform testing, adjustments, and commissioning of installations, ensuring their correct operation. Prepare final documentation (as-built, manuals, building logbook) required by the LOE.
