IT Business Process Consultant (BPMN)

Experience and knowledge of at least 5 years in IT environments are required, with a profile that combines:

• Solid knowledge of databases: handling of SQL (queries, JOINs, data analysis, and exploitation).
• Notions of programming/scripting (Java): management of variables, processing of data files, and automation of repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and data exchange formats (JSON/XML) for integration between tools.
• Experience in the processing of IT service processes and procedures.
• Use of tools for business process modeling (BPMN or similar).
• Need for communication with the client and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Participate in the collection of information, design, modeling, and implementation of business procedures.
• Management of scripts for querying and updating data from business procedures.
• Definition of use cases and the preparation and documentation of tests.
• Analyze, query, and exploit IT process data through databases (SQL) and application traces, as a basis for preparing diagnostics.
• Ability to communicate with technical profiles to coordinate activities, unblock impediments, and proactively ensure the evolution of ongoing topics.
• Management of delivery deadlines, observability of the status of implemented procedures, and monitoring of incidents related to them.
• Preparation of project documentation: technical and functional deliverables, test documents, user manuals...
