Salesforce Expert Developer (Senior / Lead / Principal)

We are looking for technical references who understand Salesforce development as a high-level engineering discipline. If you define patterns, optimize performance, and enjoy mentoring others, we want you to be the technical engine of Nubestic.

Three levels of technical expertise:

• Senior Developer — Technical reference with high autonomy. You will design complex components (Apex, LWC), optimize performance, and lead code reviews for the team.
• Lead Developer — You will technically lead complex solutions. You will define component design, establish coding standards, and solve the most critical technical challenges. Includes mentoring of Senior and Builder profiles.
• Principal Developer — Maximum level of expertise. You will define engineering standards and patterns adopted across multiple initiatives. As a cross-functional technical authority, you will solve the most critical challenges for the organization.

• Solid track record in Salesforce development with a focus on Clean Code and scalability.
• Expert command of Apex, LWC, integrations, and optimization.
• Ability to define standards and ensure technical quality in delivery.
• Mentor attitude and technical reference.

• We value certifications such as Platform Developer II and architecture credentials (System Architect, Application Architect).

• Trayectoria sólida en desarrollo Salesforce con foco en Clean Code y escalabilidad.
• Dominio experto de Apex, LWC, integraciones y optimización.
• Capacidad para definir estándares y asegurar la calidad técnica del delivery.
• Actitud de mentor y referente técnico.
