Salesforce Expert Developer (Senior / Lead / Principal)

We are looking for technical references who understand Salesforce development as a high-level engineering discipline. If you define patterns, optimize performance, and enjoy mentoring others, we want you to be Nubestic's technical engine.

What will be your role?

Three levels of technical expertise:

• Senior Developer - Development reference with high autonomy. You will design complex components (Apex, LWC), optimize performance, and lead the team's code reviews.
• Lead Developer - You will technically lead complex solutions. You will define component design, establish code standards, and resolve the most critical technical challenges. Includes mentoring Senior and Builder profiles.
• Principal Developer - Maximum level of expertise. You will define engineering standards and patterns adopted across multiple initiatives. As a cross-functional technical authority, you will resolve the organization's most critical challenges.

Your stack and tools

• Apex, LWC, and development on the Salesforce Platform.
• Integration patterns and APIs.
• Clean Code, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Development standards and technical governance.

Your profile

• Solid track record in Salesforce development with a focus on Clean Code and scalability.
• Expert mastery of Apex, LWC, integrations, and optimization.
• Ability to define standards and ensure the technical quality of delivery.
• Mentor mindset and technical reference attitude.
• We value Platform Developer II and architecture certifications (System Architect, Application Architect).

Location and modality

Hub in Bilbao or 100% remote from Spain. Flexible hybrid: if you live in Bilbao or nearby, you will combine office and remote work according to your preference. If you live outside, the position is 100% remote within Spanish territory.
