Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in OutSystems projects.
Solid knowledge of architectural principles (client/server, page rendering, database access, session control, architectural patterns...);
Ability to design applications/solutions following the three-tier architecture principle.
Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JScript), database modeling and SQL statements, algorithms, data structures, and programming best practices.
Demonstrable experience in developing integrations with other systems (consuming/exposing REST and SOAP APIs, creating extensions...).
Good knowledge of UX design principles and the ability to apply them when creating applications/solutions.
Demonstrable ability to design and evaluate application performance and code optimization.
Ability to analyze error logs, monitoring, and performance, as well as identifying errors and issues and their correction.

Nice to have

Ability to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.

Education & certifications

Certifications in OutSystems (O11 / ODC).

The role

We are looking for an OutSystems Tech Lead to create fast, scalable, and efficient solutions using the OutSystems platform.

What you'll do

Directing other members of the development team in design, development, and implementation.
Leading peer code reviews and technical meetings with other teams.
Resolving problems of considerable scope and complexity and mentoring less experienced developers.
Collaborating in the growth of the team through peer coding, code reviews, and knowledge transfer.
Driving the continuous evolution of OutSystems best practices within the development team.
Deploying applications that meet business needs following high-level architectural standards.
